Question 1

Save your Magic Link carefully

After your booking, you will receive a personal Magic Link by email to your Customer Portal. There you will find your e-tickets, invoices and all current information about your journey.

Question 2

Have your ticket ready when boarding

Accepted Answer

Your e-ticket must be shown when boarding the shuttle bus and will be scanned by the driver or boarding staff.

Photograph your bus number & save its location

Accepted Answer

After arriving at the Red Bull Ring, be sure to photograph your bus and the bus number (sign at the front of the vehicle). Also save your bus location on your smartphone (e.g. via Google Maps or Apple Maps).
Since your return journey is on the same bus and boarding generally takes place at the same location where you were dropped off, this makes it much easier to find your bus again after the event ends.

Question 4

Arrive on time for your return journey
