This will help you find your shuttle quickly and easily after the event.

Return Journey

The return journey is generally operated by the same bus as your outbound journey.

Please remember your bus number and its location. Boarding for the return trip will usually take place at the same location where you were dropped off.

Arrive on Time

Please ensure that you arrive at your boarding location or bus in good time for both the outbound and return journey.

Our drivers follow the published schedules to ensure all guests can travel safely and on time.

Major Events

At large-scale events, increased traffic, waiting times, and delays may occur. Please allow sufficient time reserves and consider this when planning your day.

To provide you with the most relaxed travel experience possible, departure times are scheduled so that we are expected to arrive at the venue before the largest visitor influx. Nevertheless, despite careful planning, delays may occur due to traffic conditions, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Guests with Reduced Mobility

Please note that our shuttle buses offer only limited accessibility.

We are unable to provide special equipment, lifting devices, or personal assistance during boarding, disembarking, or throughout the journey.

Use of our shuttle buses is therefore only possible if the passenger can board and exit safely either independently or with the assistance of an accompanying person.
